Dr. Brian Supawut Kunakom is a Naturopathic Consultant at Esperance Integrative Oncology Clinic and Vitallife Scientific Wellness Center at Bumrungrad International Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. He completed his undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara and earned his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle.

With a background in biochemistry and integrative oncology, Dr. Kunakom brings a practical, patient-centered approach to cancer care, specializing in cancer nutrition and exercise.

Recognizing the limitations of standardized treatment, he emphasizes individualized lifestyle medicine, integrating naturopathic and conventional care to help patients achieve tangible results. His philosophy is, “while aging and death are inevitable, chronic diseases are preventable.”

Health literacy has diminished over the years due to medical misinformation and the impracticality of medical research. He believes this is one of the reasons chronic diseases are becoming more common at a younger age. Dr. Kunakom recently earned certification in Age Management Medicine because he believes it can serve as a tool to help his patients focus on strategies to minimize degeneration and optimize long-term health.
